Had to go in to get my license renewed. Quick easy and relatively cheap process. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me. She was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Entire process took about 5 minutes. Don't forget the auto center does more than just driver license assistance.

I went there with paperwork for a license endorsement that just had to be dropped off. The customer service rep had limited knowledge about the process because, as it turns out, the endorsement is not common. It was very frustrating and I was told this was not the process even though the information from NZTA said it was. Perhaps a bit more in depth training for staff would be helpful

If you want house insurance this is the place to come to...AA was $800 less then my insurancebroker. To tell you the truth I was pretty bloody happy when I walked out. I found the ladies they're really really helpful my insurance needs was sorted out in 15 mins. I will be changing my contents and car insurance AA. Thank you AA. It's nice to sit and talk to her a real person .....instead of a call centre in the Philippines.

Had to pop in here as NZ Post failed to deliver my new Rego label. Was assisted by a lovely lady who was very helpful in pointing me to the correct form and printing a new label. Very quick and efficient at the time I went.

They did a good job on the car but their communication needs work...

The service was done on time and faster than I anticipated. I needed new wiper blades also and that took just another 10 minutes. Car is running very smoothly. Would gladly recommend

Plenty of staff to help with whatever you need. When I asked about member benefits they were very knowledgable and not pushy about the service. Everyone was to be a pleasure to deal with and was helpful. The customer help line is also great to talk to. This branch specifically can do overseas licence conversions which was quick and simple to do. They take cash and cards.

My car failed it's warrant so I can't bring myself to offer the 5 stars, not the least because one reason for the failure was they couldn't check the adjustability of my headrest! Talk about pedantic. Good, prompt service though so would use again.

They are always honest and clear if any additional work needs to be done. Complimentary clean of the cars and central location in CBD are bonuses! Highly recommend them.

After expecting a long wait to get my driver's license I was pleasantly surprised No waiting a very pleasant lady checked my paper work took my photo gave me a temporary license and I was back at my car in fifteen minutes.

Lovely agents, almost no waiting time and you get treated with a lot of respect. Definitely visit this place if you have any concerns with your insurance

Last month a brought my 16 year old daughter in on a Saturday morning to sit her pre-bookedlearner license test. My daughter unfortunately forgot her ID whihc meant she could not start the test. Robynn, the lady serving us was awesome! She allowed us to race home get the ID and come back to sit the test even though it meant she would be working after closing time so my daughter could get her learners. Robynn definitely goes the extra miles for her customers and is a pleasure to deal with.
