At pit stop the mechanic was an absolute pleasure to deal with he helped me with a few issues I was having on my Mercedes-Benz in a very professional and efficient way. He was very kind to also offer advice with my car and give me a good price all round for the excellent service he performed! I would highly recommend Tauranga pit stop you won't be let down i assure you that!! I will be back and I will continue to spread the word about the quality of service you provide. Many thanks

Took my car in to get the brakes checked. After a thorough check and a few questions to find out what the problem was AJ was able to fix it. Friendly and effiencient service. Had my 2 year old with me and he was sufficiently entertained in the waiting room too which was a huge bonus as we had to wait a couple of hours while the car was getting checked

walked in one Saturday about 8.00am, thinking I would have to book in; 3 hours later the brakes were done and ready for the WOF recheck. Service was outstanding, very polite and kept me informed via a few phone calls. Even kept the bill to a minimum without compromising quality of workmanship or parts.

Walked into Tauranga PitStop to ask if there was any chance they could replace my wiper blades, was met by a friendly lady who straight away called the mechanic over, within 10 minutes I was driving away with new wiper blades. Absolutely amazing service, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi Im very happy with the mechanic Mr AJ Since his service hes been very accurate in understanding my situation as well as explaining what further problems that needed attention. Woooow His explanations has enlighten me clearly to observe every moment of knowing how to focus on areas with my car. Im happy One more thing. He advances whatever is needed further which is good. This other company insead of putting a new clip. They used a wire to hold it together I excepted it because we trust people Maintaining our vehicles especially once every cover was put back, I look after elderly disability, I train others to do every move accurately withvtender care. I expect my vehicle to be serviced when its needed accurately,with knowledge by trained people with passion to know to understand what they are their for. Failing a WOF in early January is never a good time to try and get anything fixed. I called for a quote, got an estimate back same day. Everything fixed quickly and passed the WOF recheck couple of days later, no dramas. AJ kept me informed all the way through and stayed well within the budget! He even followed up to find out if the WOF recheck went OK. 5 star service all the way!

Honestly never disappoints me!! Does an amazing job and will tell you straight away what you need done!! Even managed to fit time for my partners car even tho the list was already filled!!! When I told Greg I was in Auckland and needed a WoF for my elderly mother in law's Sirion - he offered to pick it up from Greerton and did so the following morning. He did a superb job with the exhaust repair. He went out of his way to finish this job knowing that I had a very narrow time-frame to collect it. I strongly recommend Pit Stop Tauranga.

Greg got my car in for completely new brakes within hours. He was honest about the problem and very fair on prices.

Great friendly staff, i have had my car fixed here twice now and both times were fixed very efficiently and was able to pick car up within a few hours!

These guys did my daughters car for her they did her brakes they were quick and efficient good price highly recommended as a woman i have previously been mislead about repairs on my car relating to cost and time something takes to fix over the years i have got to know and trust some mechanics and i use them and value them for their service. My car oil light came on when on a trip from Aucks to Whakatane. I turned up 430pm on a Friday which isnt a good time to need assistance. Although they couldnt do anything about it until Monday, they were very helpful and respectful. My car needed transport back to Aucks and they let me leave the car on site until we could arrange pick up. Special shout out to Jared who did what he could. Thanks Pit Stop Tauranga.
