Came here to get my timing belt done on my vw wagon. The team completed the job quickly and efficiently, they knew I was going to be back in the area early afternoon and were able to sort by mid day. Incredible. They were the best quoted price as well, I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks!

Chris is a pleasant bloke who is honest and professional and doesn't try to upsell people. His team are thorough well organized and get the job done without mucking the customer around. Customer service is extremely good. Prices are fair and honest. With so many Cowboys and rip off merchants in Tauranga. Premier Automotive lives up to its name. Definitely happy with them.

The service here is great. I live out of town and I've always found Chris very obliging when it comes to booking my car in. Chris has a lot of knowledge and expertise with vehicles like mine which I trust wholeheartedly and I never think twice about taking my car to him. Chris from Premier Automotive is a great guy to deal with, they completed a full service & WOF on my Audi recently, the cars running like a dream, they're professional, honest & best of all the cost was less than going to the Audi franchise dealer. Wish I'd found him sooner, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & his team anytime.

I had a great experience with Chris and his team today. They managed to fit me in and repair my brakes within a few hours of me calling. Chris did a awesome job explaining what was wrong and what needed to happen. I felt well informed and the quote was accurate.

Chris is awesome. I called Premier Automotive and it went to VM. Chris promptly returned my call within minutes and was extremely accommodating when I asked if I could book my car (BMW X5) in at the last minute for a service. He booked me in for the next day and also gave me a courtesy car to use (unplanned) Extremely professional and efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with, he also emailed me a full report of the status of the vehicle. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Better service than other European Service Centre, also service with a smile and pricing is extremely fair and reasonable!

We were in need of an urgent WOF and rego for our VIP trailer. Chris fit us in and within 15 minutes it was done - no muss no fuss. We take both our vehicles to him for service - he provided a quote for us for a job and when the bill arrived, it was LESS than he had quoted! Chris found my bmw’s coolent leak in minutes and sorted. While dodgy AA rescue guys kept pushing me to replace my car’s battery, Chris found no issues with it. Chris is the most realiable , honest and expert guy for european cars in Tauranga. Highly recommend if you wanna get things sorted without spending a fortune.

Fantastic work on a particularly difficult car (saab) for a fair price. I can easily recomend this shop. Turn around was two days for engine work and the money was well spent. They've earned the name.

Chris really knows his Euro cars and goes above and beyond for every client. Only place I would take my 2014 BMW as Chris has invested in all the latest diagnostics tools for BMW.
