Mike and the team at Smith and Boyle have been absolutely impeccable to deal with. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Went out of their way and looked after my vehicle as if it was their own. Their standards are very high, I got regular updates and all and all, they went above and beyond my expectations. When I was happy enough, these guys went the extra mile and it shows in their workmanship. I have had so many compliments on my truck, and it's amazing watching people turn their heads when it goes by. If that doesn't speak for itself, then I don't know what does. Genuinely ecstatic customer AAA+++

Smith & Boyle is an absolute credit to the owners, to the workers and to Tauranga. Without a doubt the most professional panel and paint business in the Bay of Plenty. The premises are well presented, clean, spotless and welcoming. The standard of work from start to finish is impeccable. To all the staff, congratulations. Highly recommended.

had an exceptional work done on my car, and was overall happy with the service even though it took a bit longer that I anticipated. I do admit they warned me it will take up to 8 weeks. The only complain I have is that although the work looks amazing, they only changed one headlight, leaving the old one on the other side, looking very asymmetrical. The whole point of panel beating is car aesthetics, so that was disappointing.

Awesome service from the Smith & Boyle team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our crash repairs, which seem to be occurring far to regularly! Was going to sell the car but now the bodywork has been done it’s way too nice to get rid of. Thanks Mike and the team.

I was very grateful and appreciative of Smith and Boyle after a recent minor car mishap, they assessed and then buffed out the "scratch" there and then! They were very professional and the car looked like new again, without me having to take time off work or even make an appointment. Thank you Smith and Boyle!

This company does a very good job

Did a good job but not to impressed this time, daughters car was in there for 3weeks for minor dings and a damaged wheel, also quite expensive.

Took my car into Smith and Boyle in May to have a broken rear light and some small panel/ paint blemishes looked at. Owner Mike and office manager Ally were both very friendly and excellent to deal with! New light was ordered straight away and car booked in for repairs the next week. Was offered a loan car but declined as have 2nd car and thought it would be better used by others. Received a reminder text day before car was due to go in and when dropped off was told 3-4 days for repairs. A couple days later Ally called to say car was ready to collect. On pick up car was fully groomed and repairs on inspection were absolutely top notch!!! Couldn't be happier with my Smith and Boyle experience and can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough!!!

All good but 3 month wait for repairs is a bit long i think but what can they do

Went in for an assessment of some scratches and a popped wheel arch moulding. 15 minutes later, Mike the manager had wiped off the scratches and reset the moulding. No charge!
