A.These folks were great to deal with, particularly Mia (hopefully correct spelling) and Nico. I had a bearing fixed and it is good as gold, no more grinding with every revolution. Also, I am exempt from the mask mandate, and they were very accommodating of this. It is increasingly hard to complete a simple transaction in this world, but these guys made it happen. Thank you.
A.3 weeks before they could look at my car. Took it elsewhere and it was sorted same day.
They were polite and apologetic though.
