A.Very prompt and responsive when I called to make an appointment. Friendly and engaging receptionist Jaime keeping me in the loop.Staff sorted out my issues within the morning. I would definitely look at changing my garage.

I had to replace my 2 front tyres unexpectedly as they had worn further than I thought. The guys at the shop found me some tyres and fitted them while I waited. After I drive away, I stopped in town. My car didn't want to start again. Finally it turned over. So, straight back to Pit Stop.
HELP!!! Once again, guys stopped and checked the engine. YEP it was the battery. They loaned me one of theirs until a new one was put on a courier. It was ready the next day. It was put in and I was on my way again. Can not thank them enough for fast and efficient service. Going the extra mile to help a senior lady stay mobile. Took the stress right out of my day. You guys rock. 😁👍
P.I have been meaning to thank the crew, in particular the awesome lad from Kawerau for helping me out when we were passing through at what was a busy time of year for them. This is what good services should aspire to - friendly, helpful and genuinely good at what they do. Tau kē koutou.
D.I've been going to Pit Stop for at least five years and have found them to be very friendly and accommodating. Communication is great, and if there are any problems they are good at sorting them out. Workmanship has also been great. Today I was overcharged and got a call within a minute of leaving to rectify the problem and was greeted with an apology and refund. I really appreciate it when people show this level of integrity.

Managed to diagnose and fix the problem promptly (and for a great price). Great, friendly communication that was regular and explained what went wrong thoroughly - even showing me the broken part. S.During a WOF check on our vehicle it was discovered there was a problem with the rear suspension that needed repair. We booked it in and the guys organized the repair work around our busy schedule; which we very much appreciated. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and came in less expensive than we estimated. D.We brought a 2018 Mustang GT, super cool car but when you started it and drove it the Mustang sounded like it had a Toyota starlet exhaust system had been fitted to it. Got in touch with our good friend Gary and he sorted us a new exhaust system at a very reasonable price. While Peter fitted it Gary took us out for lunch (definitely pays to know the owner). We are so happy with how our Mustang sounds now, turns heads now when we drive it around town, and we were blown away with the professionalism and service from Gary & Peter. Would definitely recommend these guys anytime, five stars isn't enough for this business....

C.Came in to get exhaust quietened down because it was over the legal limit. I asked for it to be made within the legal noise level but I still wanted it loud. Was told no problem. When i picked up the car i asked "how many decibels did it come to" he told me he didnt even bother testing it because it was way under the limit. The car now sounds like a factory exhaust with an exhaust leak. Really disappointed. I will admit that the price for the work was very good though.
