K.The place is ok, but the waiting area is dark with Indian music playing on an Indian radio station. No staff member smiled. My car passed its WOF but when I got in to drive away the interior, especially the steering wheel, was dirty and gritty. The mechanics did not clean it up afterwards. I found this very disappointing.
d.I went for a WOF and they pick up the steering which I knew was coming. They explained that they needed the van for a little while. The receptionist was really nice and when I got it back they explained what they did. I was impressed.
