a.Good shop for auto supplies, good service
L.Parking awkward, prices missing on some of the specials down the center of the shop, slow service. Only had one person serving.
To be fair, they usually have more staff, and they are very good when I ring to order parts.
b.Had an exceptional customer service experience at the Thames store, when trying to purchase a battery for my car. Jeff Cameron went above and beyond to help me out and figure the type I needed.

k.Just had stunning service from these guys. I need new roof rack mounts, i just gave them the year of the car and they told me i could reuse my old racks on new mounts for my new car. Then rather than charging me courier fees to a rural address they couriered the mounts to their local reseller and they will be ready for me to pick up within 6 hours. How is that! thanks for a great, simple, easy customer experience.
