Absolutely amazing service from such a caring, friendly and considerate team. I had an auto emergency right at the worst time when i needed to be moving and Rory and the team pulled out all the stops to help get the car fixed within a matter of hours. Definitely will be back for all future car maintenance needs.

Excellent job, fixed 2 issues that others couldn't. Lady out front was super helpful. The charge for the work done was more than reasonable. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back.

Thorough and communicated clearly, they far from us but will still go there when possible.

Wouldn't go anywhere else in Upper Hutt. Always fit you in. Genuinely care about your car maintenance and communicate well with you around what they are doing, if they uncover extra things, what actually needs to be done verus what can just be monitored. Realitic pricing, fast and, above all, remember you and truly value your choosing them.

Ruory is a really good guy, very good communication, and very clear about whats is needed for your car. Unlike other garages he is unlikely to add on extra repairs "found during inspection" etc. Would highly recommend

I've been using Ruory since 2006 I think and have no need to look anywhere else. When you find a great mechanic you stick with them. Have never been unhappy.

I have experienced exceptional service and professionalism from Ruory and his team who were recommended to me. Nothing is a bother- from complex mechanical insurance repairs to servicing wofs and fixing a leak. Have been treated with nothing but respect and lots of communication without jargon. Always with a smile and so obliging with loan vehicles . Thanks guys for making a stressful situation calm and not scary. Thanks too for your high standards during Covid- 19 , much appreciated.

Had a great experience. Emailed through the contact us form late in the afternoon and I got a response within ten minutes., booked in for two days later. Got my warrant and service and they gave good advice and options when telling me about the various repairs I needed. Very reasonable prices and great service. Thanks, we'll be back.

Amazing customer service. Recently serviced my vehicle there and technician managed to get clear vehicle check feedback to me with technical things I needed to be aware of. Another thing worth mentioning is they were very very very flexible with client’s schedule. Appreciate a lot that they were willing to wait for me picking up the car after hours.

Really great service, advice, and prices. Flexible arrangements to work in with clients schedules and commitments when dropping off or fetching vehicles. Highly recommended. Trusted and respected agency which is a rare commodity in society today.

Quick, friendly and reliable. Went there because of the good reviews. Still abolutely exceeded my expectations. Was able to bring my car on very short notice. There were more problems to it than originally thought, so the stayed late to finish it on time. Definitely will keep going to this garage and no where else.

The Manager/Owner is extremely approachable and super helpful. Never ever had any negative encounters with him...has always listened to me and gives me great advice and I trust his knowledge of things... Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable team. Fitted in a wof on my van last minute on a Saturday, stayed late to get it done, no drama, clock watching etc. Really appreciated them being upfront on whether they could do it and delivering on their promise. If you find a mechanic you can trust then you should stick with them. I can't recommend Ruory and the team enough as they have consistently proven they are a team I can trust.

Definitely deserves its five stars. Went here for a WOF and while other garages just give you the checksheet with what needs to be done ASAP to get the warrant. These guys not only put your car up to WOF standard but also can identify any future faults that need to be addressed over time. I highly recommend these fullas for any vehicle issues as well as WOFs.
