C.Get a free coffee with your WOF :) Plenty of food choices available including gluten free bread. Dog parking area, and outdoor eating area.
S.Standard vehicle service, but at the top end of price though. Front desk customer service is fantastic.

K.Easy to book and change appointments, dropped the car off and even got a lift to work. Came back later and car ready on time, they had even washed and vacuumed it.

K.We went to the Equinox Cafe which is a part of the site (where people relax while waiting for their car). Good selection of food and very pleasant and helpful staff. They have newspapers which is a must and we enjoyed our lunch.
