C.Since shifting to Upper Hutt I’ve been impressed with the number of locally owned and family operated businesses. I have used Hanson Services on a number of occasion’s now. Claire and Chris are good salt of the earth hard working kiwis who always make me feel welcome in store, these guys really make time for their customers and go the extra mile. They are willing to give advice to benefit the customer, this even at the risk of a lost sale. This sort of thing keeps me returning time and time again. When ordering parts for me, the communication is good and they don’t leave me wondering where my parts are. They have a great selection of new Husqvarna products alongside some other quality brands. They regularly have in-store specials that make it worthwhile stopping in to say hello and just to see what’s on offer.
S.Honest friendly service... I've taken our lawn mower (not bought from them) in a few times over the years, and have had nothing but excellent service... costs have always been below expected, and a few times (successful) work-arounds have been suggested... next lawn mower will come with a Hanson's receipt-of-sale for sure...
