Stopped in today without a booking to see if I could get a new self containment certification done for my van. Was awesome that Paul said he'd take a look, and ended up doing the paperwork for the CSC then and there. Made it so easy, arrived non-CSC, left RV Dreams Certified Self Contained. Definitely recommend based on today's experience. Thanks.

The staff go above and beyond in meeting and more often exceeding their customers expectations. This is definitely what I experienced when getting a Solar upgrade. The difference here is that Paul has integrity and takes pride in his work, no corners are cut, and quality is maintained regardless of whether the job involves a ‘makeshift’ repair (to keep customer’s cost down) or an outright replacement/installation.

Shout out to Shannon of Off Peak Automotive, Upper Hutt and Paul of RV Dreams that fixed the leaking diesel heater take off seal that failed my CoF. Paul made time for the fix even though he didn't have any to spare. Shannon went the extra mile and was very fair on his labour charge. Had to drop/lower the tank to see it. Apparently, it was a botched install by one of four previous owners or Jayco initial install. Emailed previous owner and it had passed three CoF with them so they wouldn't come to the party. Can't understand how they never noticed a leaking fuel tank. Take aways: buyer beware, some people are awesome and others are, 'meh', and don't fill your tank up before a CoF, only go to three quarters. On ya Shannon and Paul you rock!

Exceptional service provided by Paul and Jody. Phoned the day prior with a battery issue and although fully booked they suggested I drop in and they would have a look. Not only did Paul sort the problem he explained the cause and offered alternatives. This while sorting other issues for staff and other drop in customers. His knowledge is extensive and his professional approach along with his personality made it a pleasure to deal with his company. As mentioned in a previous comment try to book an appointment as I saw how busy they are. He and Jody can't help but do their best for their customer. Thanks for your service and value. Brilliant service I ordered apart via text and received it in two days. The staff were brilliant I had an issue with my door spring even though the owner was busy he fixed it. That's service.

Called in to get some blind replacements priced, noticed a bubble in the tyre Jodie said take it into the workshop, Paul changed the tyre no charge then helped us get the TV going. Spent a long time giving tips about the camper. The most amazing service I have seen ever. Thank you

Britz completely screwed us over and we got stuck with a horrible campervan that was leaking the toilet all over the bathroom and did not have a working refrigerator. We were not anywhere near a Britz branch so Britz told us to come here to get it fixed, without even checking if the shop had time to fit us in- which was unbeknownst to us. We drove 45 minutes to get here and when we showed up they were absolutely slammed. The gentleman working there was clearly overbooked but went out of his way to be kind and took time to help us, even though they could have easily turned us away. Without him we would be absolutely screwed! Because of his kindness we were able to get things sorted and we are eternally grateful to him! Outside of that, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, quick and friendly. However we DO NOT recommend barging in on the poor guy- definitely call ahead and book an appointment if you can!! ;)

We had amazing experience with Paul and his team! Even after coming unannounced twice this week with problems caused by second battery and solar panel, they immediately helped us and repaired it for a good price. I would highly recommend them and also would come back if there's anything wrong with our van again.

We were having problems with our house battery and popped in without an appointment. Our battery was immediately replaced and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

My grandparents were stopping by Upper Hutt on a trip down south, and found their sink leaking on the way. Jodie and Paul were amazing with fitting them in, dispite being very busy, and were able to fix it in a few minutes. Thank you very much!

These guys do not only have an awesome customer-focused attitude, but also a high level of craftsmanship. Despite they were fully booked and we arrived without having an appointment, they found a time slot for us to install a VSR system to enable us to be independent on the weather and time of the year. After installing the VSR, the owner himself has discovered that the solar panel is severely damaged and attempted to repair it rather than exchange it for a new one, which I believe is a quite rare approach nowadays. The attempt was indeed successful (I really meant it when i wrote about their craftsmanship!), price was more than reasonable and we are happily back on the road again. Thank you very, very much, Paul, Tom and Jody!

A huge thank you to Paul, Jody and Scott for their help in sorting out a problem with the rearview/reversing camera system in our Swift Bessacarr camper. Even though they were really busy, they took time out to help us. Can't praise their excellent service and friendliness enough.

I just had installed a Eberspacher D2 diesel heater in my caravan. Paul and his team did an excellent job. Professional fitting, very neat and tidy, on time and within budget. Paul then gave me a one on one briefing as to how to operate the heater. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and knowledgeable for emergency repairs. My wife and I were touring the North Island in a hired campervan and pulled up for the night near Wellington. Returning from a short walk, I noticed that the dome over the satellite dish had disappeared. Must have deteriorated in service (14 years old) and blown off that windy day as we hadn't been under any low structure. After some googling, we went to RV Dreams the next day. Paul and his team sorted out temporary protection to protect the exposed equipment using heavy duty plastic bags and duct tape. An impressive job that withstood the NZ weather for the remaining week of our holiday. We couldn't use the satellite, but we had done our bit to limit further damage! And Paul did not charge for the assistance. Thank you! Henry and Pat, England

These guys were well informed and of great help to me getting a self contained cert.

These guys are amazing. We didn't know there was such a thing as self containment certification. Arriving at the campsites it was fairly obvious we needed it. Called after 5pm at night and had all the missing parts, inspection certificate and proper stickers to avoid fines after lunch the following day for surprisingly low cost. Had all the correct fittings to hook the greywater tank to our set up....all so easy. Didn't even charge labour as he said it only took him a a few minutes (which it did). Take your camper here and talk to Paul......no dramas, knows his stuff and gets the job done. Thanks John and Carla

Paul was extremely helpful and fixed our grey water pipe which had been chewed by mice. the fix he did made it much better than before and at a fair price. would recommend.

Had repairs to my camper done here plus a new bike rack. Couldn't fault the workmanship or the time taken. Got a good deal on bike rack because the manager told me to come back the next month, and the price of rack had dropped significantly.

RV Dreams is the place to go, for all your requirements and servicing. Locally owned and operated. I definitely recommend them.

Our Apollo rental campervan boiler had a technical problem. The guy looked after it and we where on thé road again in 30minutes. Perfect service..

Arrived half an hour before closing time on a Saturday with a problem with our fridge. We were back on our way with a working fridge in no time at all. The guys were really keen to help. Thank you!

These guys diagnosed our fridge's problem and did a quick job at fixing it right on closing time. They didn't charge the earth and when it was done we knew it was working perfectly.

what a wonderful place. we stopped here with our campervan we rented when the water stopped working. they replaced the pump quickly. also stopped back again when water stopped again. the owner was really nice and stayed late for us. ended up just needing more water. oops!
