V.Excellent tire shop. All automotive repair available if you need a repair while traveling.
A.We were passing through Wanaka and our starter motor in our 7m bus needed replacing (awful noises!). We took our bus to them in the afternoon, they fitted in looking at it before I needed to go to an appt. Within 24 hours the starter motor was ordered, delivered and installed into our bus! Amazing service, cost what they had originally estimated and incredibly fast. Highly recommended :)

Nothing was too much trouble. Great experience for travelling people.

T.Olivia is a superstar in customer service. We had an incident with our van and Olivia helped us through the entire process. Highly recommend
F.Had a faulty house battery in our rented campervan. They fixed the issue in 30 minutes by doing diagnostics and replacing the battery with a brand new fully charged one.
We came in late 45 minutes before closing but still had a good experience.
A.Recovery charge reasonable, but then took a couple of days to diagnose and then it was the weekend, then problems with the 1st part, then the 2nd part got lost in the freight.
Took almost 2 weeks to replace a simple distributor. I would have written a good review but after all the problems they still charged me an extra 1/2 an hour labour and the freight even though the part took forever!
Not charging the extras would have made up for nearly 2 weeks without a vehicle and is simple customer service in my eyes.
K.These guys have gone above and beyond to help me every single time. And not just a bit beyond, waaaaay beyond. Heidi and Tim have been a huge support and I am so grateful for their help! The best service I have ever had, nothing is a problem for them.
N.On our travels in a campervan around this beautiful island we unfortunately blew a fuse.
We popped in to see if these guys could help us out and they fixed it on the spot.
