I have been going to Kilbirnie Auto Care for a number of years now and have always been really impressed with the team’s quality of service and trustworthiness. I know that they will ensure my car is safe and running well and don’t try to do extra unnecessary work that some other mechanics sadly do. You can trust these guys!! The only reason I’ve stopped going is because we’ve moved out to the Hutt and it’s no longer feasible for me to get to them...they are awesome and I can only hope I find another mechanic as good as Kilbirnie Auto Care! I took my vehicle in to have the undercarriag checked as it used to make an on and off rattling noise . Right from Sherie booking me in to Kevin having a look at the car , the service was top notch . He updated within 3 hours of me dropping the car and told me it was ready and all done . Kevin spotted the rock that was stuck under the car somehow in a weird spot which was the cause of the noise . The price for the fix was unbelievably reasonable too . 10/10 would recommend any day . QUALITY A1 SERVICE !!
