E.Had a great experience here this morning when my tyre suddenly popped on the motorway. We went in asking for help not knowing what to do and Crystal at reception was so incredibly helpful and so nice to us she deserves a pay rise. We were all sorted back on the road within two hours and paid an extremely reasonably priced bill. Would 10000% recommend down this place for quick and amazing service cant thank them enough for saving our road trip!!!
H.This was my first time visiting and they were amazing! I went in for a WOF and they also changed my engine belts and muffler. Communication was amazing and they gave me a quote of what needed doing and booked me back in a few days later for repairs. Christal was absolutely lovely and friendly and gave me updates while my car was with them. I recommend them 100% and will def be back for future WOF and repairs.

C.The customer service was amazing!! I received a text reminding me when I was to take in my car, which was very helpful. I was told how much to expect the repairs to cost, I was given a chance to think about it, and I was told roughly how long it would take. And when I wasn't able to come pick up my car straight away at the time we had originally agreed upon, the lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly with me and told me their closing time. I would highly recommend them!

C.The Traveller’s Friend. Our newly-bought quasi-campervan turned out to have problems with lights and tyres. Bradley and his friendly crew fixed everything quickly, efficiently and at minimum expense. I didn’t want to put a brand new tyre on one front side, which I didn’t think safe. He told me where I could source a good second hand tyre and fitted it in time for us to catch our sailing on the ferry. It is so rare to find services that are totally on your side. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Even if you’re in Wellington city they’re just fifteen minutes along the highway. Trust me - trust them.

M.All the staff were just so friendly. The recptionist was lovely, then the guy who fixed my car was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He checked my spare was OK and even suggested they could fix my shonky key - only cost me $5 for a jew battery! Quick service too. Totally awesome and just such a warm vibe.

Went to VTNZ this morning to get a wof on the family wagon. Line was out the door. Just happened to drive past and thought I would pop in and see if there was a chance to get one done with you. The technician offered to do it for me while I waited, replaced the wiper blades (which were in urgent need of replacement) and had everything wrapped up in no time at all.
As an automotive technician myself I struggle to take it to new workshops I havent dealt with but yours was fantastic. I think you will be doing the wofs on the rest of our vehicles from now on, and I will try and book them in the future.
