Brought the car here after getting what we suspected was an inflated repair bill from the AA. After looking at the car and then the quote from the AA, Brendon and Liz determined that the work quoted was in fact significantly overstated. Sorted the car faster than expected and was upfront and honest about all costing. Great service, highly recommended.

I've been bringing my car to this company for its warrant and servicing for many years. I love that they remember me and my car each time. They are excellent mechanics who explain everything clearly and do a great job each time.

Excellent service. They helped me out when another mechanic shop had mucked me around and made me feel comfortable and informed about every step they were going to take! Really good value and seems they always strive to get the cheapest price for you. I drive in from the Hutt to bring my car to these guys because of their service!

Brendon Motors was recommended by the retired Ray Hatley Motors. Brendan Motors did an excellent job of providing a lube service and were accommodating with the engine oil I brought with me, and leaving what was left over in the car. I certainly appreciate that they did not let their younger staff take my car out for a test drive after balancing and aligning the wheels.

These people are the best! Incredibly friendly and they have huge amount of knowledge. They'll call you if the estimated cost changes, and they will give you real pragmatic advice. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

We’ve been using Brendon Motors on Tory St for a good few years now and I can honestly say that they’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Lizette in particular is always extremely helpful and provides exceptional service and advice. I’m not prone to reviewing things on Google (quite the opposite) however this 5* review was a no-brainer.

Its not often I get service so good I'm compelled to leave a review. By far the best service we've had in Wellington. Have come here for a few years with multiple cars, from bangers to respectable. In that time we've found the shop credible, honest and friendly. With service that goes way beyond normal expectation.

Had a service done and was given good advise and felt included in the decision in what repairs were carried out. They also noticed my Carseat was broken and they also let me know so i could get the warranty repair under way. Great to see they genuinely care about safe kiddies in Safe cars.

I came in with brakes that were grabbing, tyres that had worn out too quickly and the car needed a WoF(which we had missed). I got a great explanation of what was required and options. I was shown what was wrong and what they thought would be the best way to sort each issue. I thought I got good service, that was factual and work that they would back.

We take both our cars here for repairs and services. The friendly team always look after our cars well, and go the extra mile to make sure we get what we need (and no surprise extras). They put things into terms non-mechanics can understand, and are good at fitting us o at short notice. We'll definitely keep using them for future automotive work.

I needed to have my vehicle scanned to ensure I could drive up north. The manager did it for me On the spot and gave me advice on what to look out for should the light come back on. Thank you!

Wonderful service - mechanics looked at our car in the morning whilst we waited and was very quick to resolve issue with no nonsense and easy to understand explanation and as we know nothing about cars didn't feel like we were being taken for a ride (so to speak) - good honest customer service!

This must be the best service station I have ever used (I'm 62, I've used a few) and I can't praise them highly enough. They just take all the difficulties away, fix or service my vehicle and they don't seem to charge much. Thoroughly recommend them to all.

I've been going to Brendon motors Tory Street for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lizette is very knowledgeable and alway takes the time to run through the options so I never feel railroaded into a decision Im not comfortable with. Definitely a full 5 stars.

Fast, honest service. Excellent work. Lizette really knows her stuff, and she gives plenty of time making sure you know what work is needed and why. 100% recommend.
