B. S.Super helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Popped in for assistance with re-spraying my car to fix a few scratches. Recommended products and a paint match service. Roughly $100 total including the custom paint required.
Z.I came in on the 1st of January super hungover after welcoming in the New Year and I was desperate for some help regarding a leak in my coolant tank. I walk into the store and there behind the counter to my right was my lord and savior himself (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name). Straight off the bat he was so kind and helpful and knew exactly what was needed for the car in such a desperate time and I was panicked (not going to lie but he save my Holiday going up North). Bars leak and some magical water plus a bit of oil really did the job! I would 1000/10 recommend this Repco to anybody who like myself is clueless and needs a bit of guidance in the right direction. Once again I am so sorry I cannot remember your name, but I do remember a reasonably large tattoo on your leg! I hope you get the pay rise this year! Many thanks from myself and my partner in the Black BMW!!

(Some are not as helpful as the others though. They just ask and don't inquire in depth of a customer's need. They need to be more inquisitive of customers as not all are knowledgeable of car's accessories.)

T. B.So I needed to change my battery for my suzuki swift a few weeks ago and I'm not exactly the most experienced when it comes to cars. The young girl at the front (I'm so sorry I cannot remember her name) but she was so so helpful, she gave me all the spanners I needed to change it myself as well as helped take my old battery - she even gave me hand wipes for after it was changed. She made this experience as hassle-free as possible and your team is lucky to have her - thank you again!

W. S.Staff aren't reluctant to inform you they're understaffed and prioritise trade business, casual walk-ins seem to be a nuisance. The *ring the bell for service* arrangement should've been left in the 90s. The manager will take calls on his mobile midst serving you and not care much when indicated it has been a bit long and you will be leaving now. The 3 stars stand because the products are still available if you're willing to play their game - also, I haven't seen the paint expert in a while, assuming he's still there he's very knowledgeable and an absolute asset to the overall underwhelming operation.
B. l.Repco staff in Wellie are pretty amazing. Today was really outstanding. I was so grateful to get amazing help and service here. I did not get the lady's name, but wow, what incredible customer care! I went in for wiper blade refills, and the help I was given was well beyond my expectations. Thank you and keep up the great work. I'll be back, and I'll be recommending this branch.
