Provided great practical advice and guidance on replacing a tyre and managing a scrape in the body work. Very reasonably priced, and excellent communication. Very trusted advisors for electric vehicles.

V.David is great, I have been taking my car to him for 5 years now and have found him always honest about work that needs to be done or not. He will send me a text if any work is needed for my car to pass its WOF and will do the work that day if I'm happy with it. I highly recommend David if you want honesty, reliability and great service.

The job was done quickly, on time with excellent communication when booking and picking the car up. They provided a detailed invoice telling me what was done, and the price was a very pleasant surprise, much less than my previous dealership service. N.I contacted Thomsen Automotive after being shocked at the quote from the dealership to service my vehicle. They were very easy to deal with, explained what needed doing clearly, used genuine parts and I left having saved hundreds of dollars. I couldn't recommend Thomsen Automotive more and will definitely be back next time my car needs some love
g.Had my VW Passat in for a general check over, and some repair work. Dave and Seb were great to deal with, great communication and accurate pre-repair pricing, which was competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend, they repair anything from 'run-abouts' to performance cars in a professional manner.

Dave has been my mechanic for many years now, always providing a really high level of service and no matter how big or small the job.
F.Very friendly and helpful, showed up unannounced and had a look at our door lock that needed replacing, didn’t have the part but contacted people for us to try and find one. When we managed to find part they were happy to fit for us and we super quick and really good prices! Would recommend them :)

K.Great Place, I went there because my front was damaged. Sadly the mechanic couldn't help he said because he did not have the tools. But he told us exactly what was wrong and helped us find a place where the repair could be done and he actually didn't charge anything. Very nice guy, very helpful. Can only recommend this place!!

I have really appreciated the time taken to explain what needs to be done and the way they took the time to understand my non technical description of my issues with the car. Not once did I feel that my lack of understanding of car mechanics was an issue and I am confident that my car is safe for my little ones.
