First time going to Midtown Motors, under this ownership. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and got the job done in a timely manner. Janine was amazing thinking outside of the box, and making sure I had a loan vehicle due to having a child. Amazing service. I feel like I could go on all day. Will definitely go back there again, and have, and definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

My partner and I had some car trouble while travelling back home. Raj and his team worked quickly and were very upfront with us. Amazing service and even rang us to make sure we made it home safely. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing company to deal with. I came through from Hamilton to Whanganui and had something off with my brakes. Called Raj who said to bring the car down now and he would look at it for me. He checked out the car so thoroughly but couldn't find a fault. Incredibly he wouldn't let me pay for this which blew my mind. I went down to the local cafe and purchased a big cake for the whole team to express my thanks. It was such a comfort to drive home knowing my car was all ok. Then to add to this incredible service Raj called me the next day to see if i had any issues and had got home safe. Now that is what you call real service. Beware this outfit. They give out illegal warrants to modified motorcycles, costing purchasers of such bikes thousands of dollars to rectify

As a sales rep I spend a lot of time on the road. This morning at 6am I was making my way to Napier when my headlights failed. I managed to get back home only using high beam. I called Raj at Midtown Motors & then drove to their workshop where he quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it & I was back on the road before 8am. With an overheated engine, blown head gasket, and cracked radiator, we were in "worst case scenario" mode, but thankfully we had Raj to lean on. While traveling back home from a road trip the ABS in our car started playing up. Within a few hours Raj and the team figured out the issue, sourced a replacement part, and got it all fixed. Would definitely come back again

Midtown Motors were great to us! As travellers we had little time in Whanganui. They were very aware and accommodating to our time restriction and got us back on the road very quickly as we had a ferry to catch the next day. They went above and beyond to do what they could for us! We definitely recommend!

The very best car servicing that I've experienced. Raj and his team at Midtown motors will advise what really needs to be done, and what doesn't. Then he will source the best parts at the lowest cost. Combine all this with Raj's knowledge of how to address the most difficult mechanical issues, and the job is done in the most effective and efficient way. Furthermore, Raj has experience fixing European cars.

Personally and through my business, I have 6 vehicles ranging from a 1952 M37 Army Truck to a 2017 BMW Sr4 Coupe and all are serviced at Midtown Motors, from WOF's to full services and the tricky things that a 68 year old vehicle can throw up - Excellent, qualified mechanics, friendly admin manager in Janine and knowledge from Raj when seeking advice.

Outstanding friendly service. Its great to deal with a tradie that keeps his word, delivers on time and updates if there are any changes.. If you are looking for a good mechanic in Whanganui then look no further.

Quick support and diagnostic. The mechanic took time to explain us clearly what was the problem as we are french and it is already hard to understand mecanics in our mother langage =) Spares has been received and changed in the delivery deadtime annouced and the car is fine.
