B.When we first walked in we were greeted by the staff. Amazing as they made us feel welcome. We found what we were after. Upon arriving at the check out the staff member was dealing with a rather difficult customer. Not once did he lose his cool and kept being really nice. He diffused the situation, which really impressed me as the staff member is a younger person. Perfect
P.This is part of a Nationwide chain. A pleasant smile from the staff member at the till as I walked in and a request as to whether she could help. She pointed me in the right direction. There was a full selection for me to choose from. Quick and easy if you know what you're looking for and enough staff members to help you if you don't.
