C.I've gone to AutoPro for years. They have consistently provided good service and kept my car in optimal condition. When a repair is suggested or needed, they offer enough information so I understand why it is recommended. I've always had stress free experiences with their staff.

R.Got my car serviced here and the team at autopro are great, very nice and helpful. Didn't try and take advantage of me which I've experienced a few times as a young fulla. They also left a little rubbish bag and packet of tissues in the car for us which is neat! All is good here, would definitely recommend!
K.Super guys there. Booked in my Mitsubishi Outlander via Byron for an ABS rear left wheel sensor fitting and clearing all service lights on dashboard. I provided the part and they fitted it - wow!
The receptionist was great and with a great sense of humour which is what I like.
Work started on schedule and finished on schedule and the price was what was quoted with no problems. Took it round for the re-test and it passed !
These guys go beyond the call of duty and I recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic in Whangarei.

P.While travelling around Northland I needed my passenger door fixed after sum youthful vandalism🤦🏽♀️, using google leads and reviews I found autopro, i rang them and I was told they could fix nearly everything so i drove to them, Dean was excellent he gave me clear honest advice regarding my issue and we proceeded with the work, Im not from Whangarei and autopro are not my regulular repair shop, however for honest workmanship I would drive to hav these lads work on my vehicle and they charged me fair and reasonable. Because I was travelling with pets, they accomadated us incl my pets in their cage til the work was complete. Byron completed the work (thankyou) and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Would I recommend this business YES...would i return in the future MOST DEFINATELY!... Dean, Byron and the team thankyou very much for assisting me, I can now continue on my travels and visit Kai Iwi Lakes 🙏🏾🤗

C.Timing belt light came up on my Toyota Landcruiser while on the road north. So, stopped at Whangarei and rang around for replacement. Byron went out of his way to fit us in. Not only did he do a full replacement but did the water pump on time and quote. He also replaced battery on key which was not working, free tissues and rubbish bag. Also pointed out a problem with remote locking.That does not happen at all anywhere just for a service. Thanks Byron and Autopro.
j.Byron went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem my car had, I had taken it to another place in town before hand & they said they couldn't sorted. So I decided to try AutoPro & it was the best decision I've ever made not only did Byron get the issue sorted it was at a great rate & he found a few other issues with my car & quoted them all up for me at a great price. I will definitely be going back to AutoPro again & telling friends & family about this place.

E.Our family travelled to Whangarei from Auckland last night and we noticed the van starting to lose power. Early this morning we tried searching for mechanics around Whangarei hoping someone would be available to check out the van at such short notice (not to mention a Saturday). My husband rang Byron from AutoPro, and he was kind enough to give some advice and even told us to bring it in despite his busy morning. We arrived, he check under the bonnet and was able to find the issue withing 5mins!!! Our own mechanic in Auckland has seen our van twice, same issue and was unable to fix it. Not only did Byrone identify the issue, he drove down the road, found the part and is currently putting the part in!! What a relief and blessing for our family of 10. We will make it back home for school and work on Monday. Thanks so much Byron, the name AutoPro is a true reflection of your service, expertise, and skills! Highly recommend this man to take care of your vehicle and we'll be spreading the word to all our family living here in Whangarei.

J.Found this place on Google through searching for a mechanic. We had traveled to Whangarei from Auckland and our van was missing a beat - it had been for a little while and our previous mechanic couldn't find the issue. By the time we arrived in Whangarei our van had lost all power while going up hills. Called Byron, he said he was too busy but could take a quick-look. Within 5 mins he had found the issue and solved the problem. Something our previous mechanic had failed to do 3 times. Thanks Byron, we owe you the name of our first born grandchild! You'll be seeing more of us and we'll be recommending you to our entire family (there's over 300 of them living in Whangarei).

S.I had an elettronic problem to my car, so to fix it, i have been to 2 differents mechanic in the same area to fix the problem. Boh were not able or ask so much money. I Bring the car to AUTOPRO🚗 to fix a elettronic problem, he fixed in few days, for a good price, and he clean also the car! dont lose time to look around for a good office. Go straight away to. Autopro.
B.Got a Grabone Voucher for a Premium Vehicle Service for both myself and my daughter, the Service was A1 and included a wash and tidy of my car which I didn't expect and to top if off he even pumped up the flat tyres on my pram.
Definitely recommend for a above and beyond experience.
