Very honest and reliable, friendly and will go through options with you and what is best and won't try to up sell, I have taken 3 vehicles to them over a couple of years, will only fix what needs to be fixed that you have agreed upon, and gives you advice on any other issues with your car, had whole electric steering unit replaced, Kelly's sent pictures of the unit and work done, plus had service done at same time and well within specified timeframe

Highly professional, friendly and trustworthy! As a woman I've had mixed experiences with garages so moving to a new city I was a bit stressed to have to find a new one. Kelly's have been wonderful! They send photos of anything needed/done and always try and fit you in. Courtesy car wasn't back in time so I got Stephan's beautiful VW ute to use! Very professional and friendly. Booked a WOF for 2 x vehicles of which the one also included a service. Communication is top notch they capture all required information so the drop off is quick, easy and smooth. For the WOF they emailed clear and detailed photos of areas where attention is required which was great! Handover on pick up is thorough and you get the sense that they really care about the customer and their vehicle. Pricing is very good for the quality of service and workmanship. They have certainly impressed - I will continue to use Kelly's for all my automotive repairs, issues and services moving forward.

I had heard good things about Kellys and they were all true! My car failed its WOF this week. I really needed it safely back on the road the next day for a work event. It's nearly Christmas so I thought this would be impossible. But they quickly made a plan to fit the repairs in, and give the car a service (which I hadn't realised was way overdue). The job was finished when they said it would be, great comms, friendly staff, well-priced, and to top off the great customer service - a thank you bottle of wine, a great little touch, thank you Kellys Auto!

Great service! Needed a new power steering pump. Other mechanic told me this was going to cost me $2000 and that the chance of getting a 2nd hand one would be impossible. Not with Kelly's automotive! I was told immediately that it was no problem and that they were going to sort this for me for a much cheaper price. A day later I got the call that they found one for only a fraction of the price offered by other mechanic and now it's in my car working beautifully! Awesome job and the place had a good feel to it.
