Our insurance company recommended this as one of their approved companies so we went here. Somebody backed into my husband's car in a parking lot while it was vacant and we had to arrange for a repair. Neither of us had ever had to deal with insurance and crashes personally so did not know what to do. Paul answered all our questions and we were very happy with the repair. They even cleaned the car for us! It was such a pleasant surprise. Will definitely go back but hopefully won't ever need to!
