It would be hard to find a more professional team of guys who care about there customers more than R&S auto. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy who goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive away. Highly recommended company won't go anywhere else in the bay.

Great service but concerned they let a client walk around the workshop and office without a mask, did not scan or sign in right when omicron is getting loose.

Shane was exactly what his card says! A stand-up guy. I appreciated the time and care he took on our vehicle and his explanations of what and why he did things. He saw our car (Mazda) last minute after we had a bad experience with another local garage and took the proper steps to diagnose our situation correctly. He was warm and honest when we dropped the car off and followed up with a phone call after he figured out what our next steps were. I appreciated being able to communicate with him directly as a small, local, and reliable business. He really knows his stuff.

Shane was so helpful in fixing my car and held his trip to town up to do so. He tested my battery using his machine to find there was nothing wrong with it and didn’t charge me much for his time at all. Charlie the family dog is super cute also and will occupy you whilst you wait. Super nice Person and fantastic service 👍🏼

We'd driven past this shop on the way to Kerikeri a number of times but after a friend recommended it we finally stopped in, and I wish we had sooner! Shane fit us in and got to work right away. Not only did he figure out and fix the actual problem, but he discovered some shoddy work another BOI shop had done when they "fixed" our car. Shane was kind, thorough, and communicative, and we super appreciate all the work he put in to solving the puzzle. Thanks for everything!

Shane is a very friendly and honest man. He repaired our car and on top of that gave us some nice eggs from is own chickens. I would recommend going here if you need your car repaired. Fair prices and good cummunication.

Shane helped us at the drop of a hat to get our car going safely again so we could enjoy our holiday. He went above and beyond, we are so grateful, the damaged car really could have put a damper on our trip, instead we were impressed with local service.
