D.My wife went to purchase a replacement battery for our vehicle she asked if they installed and kept the old battery. To which the staff member replied that they didn't install but did recycle and to return with the battery later. I changed the battery at home and upon returning I queried at the service desk where I should place the swapped battery. There I was greeted with a service desk member with the disposition of Mad Eye Moody from Harry Potter. He in fact bluntly stated "why" in regards to my request, to which I responded "for recycling". Another staff member named Phil came forward and was actually helpful and came to our car to collect the battery. I discussed what had happened with my wife and she also had a similar experience with Phil coming to the rescue of poor customer service.
Good on you Phil, not so great for Mad eye.

S.Great range of products, staff could use a little more personal product knowledge rather then relying on your computer system that also needs an update because more than once it has taken a few having to return for the right part which is very annoying when you don't live close.
S.I love the tablet you can enter your car details to get info on how to care for your car. There was a dog belonging to staff in-store and that was ok. The staff who threw the dog toy from one end of the shop to the other was such a stupid act as it hit a display and ruined some items. Service otherwise straight forward.
S.Didnt have stock i was after but neither did bindons partmaster or supervheap! I bkame covid, but could just be the guys up here dont like hsving excess stock

Carseats.I brought 2coverseats from REPCO the other day great service with the GUYS and GALS always with a smile and CHAT.🤗😍😘 YES, my husband has a quick look in REPCO always buying something from them thay he needs I always call it the MANS CAVE plenty of TOYS to buy even though he doesn't need it..😚😙😗.
