I want to actively promotoe this business. We booked a WOF and wer really impressed that the work began to minute we entered anf filled out the form. Minor repairs needed were attended to on the spot and they reported on some things to look for in the future. Their people wer polite, helpful and provided the kind of SERVICE we all used to look for in a mechanical service business. I highly recommend them.

Fair prices, good work, quick and reliable. Would recommend Robbie to anyone!

I bought a service on grabone and booked a WOF in at the same time. I knew there was something up with my car and the lads here sussed it with no hassle (even tyres which they had to arrange elsewhere). Really good communication, will be using them in the future for sure.

Daughter got a basic service through these guys, oil an filter was done well aswell as other checks. Why I’m giving it a 3 is that we got a phone call during the service saying that a phew things were needed to be done and that 1 fuel injector needed to be replaced, but her car is carbourated which means it has no fuel injectors!!!! And then when she gave me the sheet there was nothing on there about a fuel injector so now we don’t have trust in them. Guy was also real pushy on getting these these things fixed but I guess you gotta make some business somehow. Wasn’t professional at all, guy was on his phone and didn’t notice us when we arrived for pick up.

Friendly staff, tidy and clean workshop. I was very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend Valid Automotive for your automotive requirements.
