Just updating my original review of this business. Since my initial review I can only say the business is still giving their absolute best to keep my rather unreliable vehicles on the road. The service is always really good, and I always trust the judgement of Le Roux. He has always given me sound advice and has done everything needed in a timely manner and nothing is ever done without consultation with us first. Still 5 stars from me, a very satisified repeat customer!

Excellent service and the only one in Whangarei who could find the fault on my Honda and repair it successfully.

My first visit was excellent regarding service and professionalism. Very pleased with the thorough and knowledgeable staff. Sadly that meant more found that needs fixed, but, i wanted peace of mind so am happy they discovered everything. Great team, great job. Highly recommended. I will be going back.

The entire team at Water Street Motors was friendly, competent, and helpful. They were available at short notice for a service of the car and then when they found an issue with the car, we could bring it in the next day to have it fixed. The team did their best to find the best deal for the part we needed and kept us updated throughout the process. We will definitely go here again and can recommend them to others.

Very impressed with the service I received on our Mercedes when it threw up multiple fault warnings. They really seem to know their Europeans, I received a phone call not long after dropping it off with a detailed description of what needed doing and a cost breakdown. Repairs were quick and at the price quoted. Friendly and professional service. Will be using Water Street Motors for all my future servicing and repair needs.

My first visit today with a Peugeot recently bought, so I was nervous about finding someone who would service it appropriately. Great service! The gentleman took a lot of time to explain everything to me as he knows Peugeot's like the back of his hand. I felt they were completely trustworthy and not just trying to make a quick buck on unnecessary repairs. I left feeling very reassured that I now have someone who will reliably service my car in the future and who knows their stuff, so I'm not trying to figure it out!

Very Fast and efficient with fixing my car, Very friendly and awesome natured staff. I really recommend getting your car fixed from here. They have awesome service for affordable prices. You guys really do go out your way to fix our car as best as possible that we are very Thankful for. Awesome people held my wof I purchased on grab one for a whole year ! As it was with a service. Recently used the wof with a service and they fixed other issues also. 4stars as they had inflated the prices Abit and we went elsewhere for some things. But they always do a great job and have excellent service.

I have used WSM for the past 3 years as my preferred after sales repair agent for my car yard and have found them efficient, professional and always fair. In the time I have used them their business has grown. Their time management with the high increase in business has been exceptional thanks largely to the communication between front office and the garage. Le Roux explains things thoroughly, Chantel always looks for the best pricing and their staff follow in the same vein. Excellent business, deserving of all the local support they can get.

Always very accommodating when I phone them at short notice, they will always fit me in. They were using a diagnosis computer that is specific for the European (Italian)brand of car that I drive. This car is brilliantly engineered, except they can't manage to design decent electrical connectors. Beats me, why. WSM could spot the (single)fault in all the miles of electric cables in my car, and fix it straight away. Well done! They also could source for me a hard to get non-essential spare part at a very reasonable price and point out to me, how to fit it. Which was a bit fiddly, but worked out well, in the end. It resolved a minor but long existing issue.

Le Roux and the team are more than just a repair automotive shop, they are friends you have yet to meet.when working on my C63 they are professional, informative friendly and are worthy of the highest standard ....many thanks again ,Mike

Dealing with Le Roux and the team at Water Street Motors was definitely worth a 5 Star rating. I'm looking to buy a Peugeot and know nothing about them so i called in to chat with Le Roux. Not only did he take time out of his busy schedule to talk with me, but his sound advice helped me out bigtime. This great experience and i haven't even used Water Street Motors for servicing! But i'm picking up the Peugeot this Wednesday and will be using Le Roux and his team at Water Street Motors from now on. The guys in the workshop were friendly & polite and the ladies in the office were terrific also. Thanks again!

Outstanding service and good value. Nothing is a problem. Can recomend them for servicing any type of car. Beats any authorized Mercedes Benz or BMW workshop hands down. Prize 2/3 of what Mercedes was charging. Managed to get parts in less than half the time what Merceders Aukland was quoting. All work allways done to 100% satisfaction. 2/2 2021 Update: Had my every day work car Volvo C 30 getting a full service including auto transmission oil/filter change. Allso got call about rear brake rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Everything done with in 4 hrs! Very impressive and again very professional perfect result. Some expensive authorized dealerships got a lot to learn from these guys. Many thanks again. 5 stars +! Chris.
