Absolutely love this place! I bought my last 2 carseats from here as well as getting them adjusted when my daughter grew and every time they have been amazing! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable - I bought during sales. As a bonus my normally boisterous daughter - i.e. would normally be running through the store - is always so chill there. Definitely recommend!

Amazing store and service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Answered all my queries patiently. They did a free installation of the car seat on request. I will visit again for sure.

such helpful, friendly staff! I needed to replace the buckle padding in a Britax car seat for my son, its not a stocked item however they managed to get me one and post it out within a day. Really fast at responding to emails. Will definitely shop here more often :)

I just got Britax Boulevard Clicktight ARB - Stay Clean for my baby. It was really functional, safety and comfy. I, especially, liked the Anti-rebounce bar for extra safety during facing rear. The friendly & lovely staffs also installed the car seat on my car without charge! I would highly recommend this place. 🤗

I have been waiting 14 days for my parcel to arrive. I have tried contacting them but no one has bothered to reply. 14 days for a parcel to get from one side of Auckland to the other side. Ridiculous, never purchasing from them again. Edit: I have found the email dated December 2nd from the company, so I have amended my review as I was indeed replied to in a prompt manner. Regardless, perhaps the company should bring up the issue with their chosen courier company as I believe waiting 2+ weeks for a parcel to be delivered within the Auckland area is substandard.

This company was amazing at organizing a refund on a purchase when our situation changed when they didn’t have to. We are very grateful!! Definitely recommend.

Much better than the other nappies website I was ordering from. Shipping is half the price, much faster and I can call to talk.

We urgently needed a Britax car seat as we had been massively let down by the rental car seat and Jen from Babies NZ came to the rescue! She turned a very stressed out mum into a happy mum 😊. Very much appreciated and awesome customer service ❤️

Friendly help staff, good selection of brands and super fast packing/delivery service. The pricing is very standard but at least you know you’re not getting ripped off. This lockdown has been an absolute nightmare to get large baby items as a lot of stores are either sold out, backordered or overwhelmed with orders. We have everything we need for baby’s arrival now. This company is just awesome! Placed an order Wednesday and had it delivered on Friday not only that, I purchased x2 cucumber & aloe 80s wipes packs and was accidentally sent x2 cucumber & aloe 240s wipes packs (these having more) and was told to keep them. Have been shopping at this place since having my daughter, and will never change!

Purchased a cot, mattress and carseat. Excellent and fast service. Items of excellent quality. Easy to follow instructions for the cot. Item were all well and securely packed, delivery service fast. Thank you Babies NZ! Highly recommend.

I approached the store at Kerwyn Ave for help with installing a Safety First car seat I had purchased. Marwan Kubaisy, who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely planning to return to this store when I need a car seat for my wife's car.

Have nothing but good things to say about Babies NZ. As first time parents, we went in store to start researching the big items we need (cot, pram and car seat etc) and were given practical advise and what to look for by wonderful staff. After looking around we decided that we liked the products sold here, and loved the experience so decided to buy. I had a few more questions so called to ask and was provided with very quick responses. 100% would recommend soon to be parents visit or check out the website - thanks to the team for taking the time to talk through everything and answer our silly questions!

Honestly these guys are amazing. Not only the owner (I believe) helped me buy the best tallboy I wanted to my little girl's room he actually went to the back to bring a piece of wood to show me the actual colour I was thinking of getting (they didn't have it on display and I wanted a certain shade of dark brown). He also suggested a way to save like 30% of the price and if that wasn't enough he stored it in his store eoom doe like 2 months until the husband and I managed to get the girl's into 2 seprate room. The guy wasn't looking into just selling and making money, he qas thinking of me the consumer.

I purchased the Super Nanny Guardian changing table for my daughter, it was easy to put together, very impressed with it. It is very solid and great looking and my daughter loves it. Staff were very helpful. Definitely would recommend and wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
