D.The best customer service. Can't recommend highly enough.
I ordered a high chair during lockdown which I needed urgently as our old one had broke, and noted this in the order form. I got a call shortly afterwards from a staff who gave me the full options I had (X days for this colour, Y days for that colour, etc) .
Although the colour I requested turned out to be out of stock, they followed up with my order all the way until the end, making sure I was informed and helped me get the product asap by having it shipped directly from the warehouse.
It was very nice to know that someone understood that I was in a hurry, and I could tell she was doing everything she could to help. Thanks so much Mikyla, I will be back for sure!
G.Love Baby on the Move. Have hired capsules from them for all four kids and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is superb - friendly staff, excellent product knowledge and 100% safety-focussed when installing car seats. Great product range outside of car seats too. Highly recommend.

Customer service and Knowledge about the product I went for were top notch, quite affordable and the parking is great also!
