Had the pleasure of being helped by Dawn (I think that was her name!) today when looking for info on car seats. I never usually post reviews, but she was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and more! Me and my mum were so impressed and thankful!

Warning ⚠️ don't go there.staff on counter so rude. If I don't shop there you don't have job!!!! Will never go there agian! Ediet Had a call from claudia (Manager) after I email them . She explain to me everything and apologies to me and also offer me some gift cards .

Sales lady named Kerri was very helpful. She approached us and demonstrated how to use one of the strollers we were looking at. We’re still shopping around but will return to this branch if we make our final decision

Good selection of baby gear, clothes, etc. but getting assistance was a little tricky as the staff were busy helping others. To be fair it was in a Saturday and the store was busy. All in all a good store for baby's essentials.
