S.I have always had positive experiences when visiting the Dimples Store. They have such a large selection of baby products and quality brands which makes shopping so much easier. The staff are very welcoming and have a wide range of knowledge on all products which is extremely helpful when finding the perfect gift for friends and family.

K.Love this store! The manager (Voichita I think it is?) really loves her products and is really sweet with my kids. Even holding the baby and letting my toddler play with some toys while I shop! I never feel pressured to buy when I am browsing and comparing different options, and am given all the info I need. This has led me to buy my babies car seats here and recommend other friends of mine to do the same. The car seat tech showed me how to uninstall and reinstall my new nuna exec so I don’t have to return everytime I take it out. Really helpful. Thank you ladies 🥰

A really helpful team to deal with, they have answered a lot of my questions over the phone and in store over the year I've been shopping here and I'll certainly be coming back in the future! Highly recommended.

A.Such an awesome store! The staff is super helpful. They have a great variety of amazing items here, clothes, accessories, car seats and strollers. They stock such and awesome brands like Joolz and Stokke. This place is worth a visit if you are preparing to be a parent, or already one.

They've really helped us with explaining key features of each product and the relevant user feedback. We've brought pretty much everything from the store from baby's chair, clothing to car seat.
P.I wanted to go in but I just stood at the window and looked at all those expensive baby products. Times have changed with baby stuff, and the discerning baby would approve!!

Had an exchange of stroller that I bought online.. really professional I must add. rebbeca is fantastic staff at Avondale Abit more on the serious side of things but still pleasant to deal with. Only problem I have is online delivery with post haste. Time for a switch now 😉

K.I am a first time mum and when it came to what I needed, how much I would need I was a little stumped. I am not going to lie, I have brought a lot of stuff from the store but the quality of the products and the assistance and time they will spend with you makes it worth it.
Firstly, if you are stuck on what you'll need and how much of it go to their website and check out there essentials list. It was a very helpful start and included a few extras on what would be nice to have but not necessary.
Secondly, the quality of the products and the thought around them is amazing. One of the products I am going to recommend is the snuggle wrap or the sleep pods. These were life savers when I was in hospital. I had an emergency c section and me and my husband really struggled with swaddling our baby to me the point where he would be out of it in a few seconds flat. The snuggle wrap made swaddling so easy and he slept so well. I even got a few compliments on it from the doctors and other patients. And the snuggle pod you literally stick them in it and zip up, it makes night time 1000% easier when you don't have to think as hard.
Lastly, the service is amazing, everyone is so kind and eager to help, if you have any questions about a product or just want more information in general then I would take a visit here, they will even install ypur carseat for you and advise if the carseat is the one best suited for your car! If Jane is in the store then you are in for a treat, I have never met anyone who is more dedicated or loves babies and everything about them more. You can really see this in the products she provides.

T.Quite a great selection of quality baby items from clothing to strollers. Service was also amazing, the only thing I didn't like and I'm not sure if this can be changed - is the price. 100+ per piece for toddler clothes for which is outgrown in 3 months is a bit pricey, I personally wouldn't spend that much.

A.I had always admired the Dimples brand, not only the products they offer but their values of natural, organic and well-made garments. There is a real sense of genuine love behind the brand. When we found out we were pregnant with twins, the excitement, and if honest, the overwhelming feeling of the unknown crept in; it was the amazing Dimples staff who helped. As a first time Mother you are learning something completely new and not once did they make me feel inadequate. They shared my excitement, patiently showed me the capsules, the best way to dress the babies for the season, what garments would work best and even must have items that really were a lifesaver, without any pressure. The twins were born prematurely and I whole heartily believe them being able to gain weight and thrive was not only the helpful information they gave me how to manage them but the clothing itself. The natural fibers kept them appropriately warm and the wraps made them feel secure. The clothing stood the test of countless washes, always looking like new. I appreciated the simplicity of the designs and how I could tell that my babies felt comfortable, which was very important to me. Thank you, Jane and the Dimples team, for all the love and support for a momentous time in our lives.
