W.After my 5th order to this fantastic shop I thought I must really write a reivew. I have called and made an order on the way to a baby shower and as I have swung into store its wrapped and ready to go - huge appreciation for above and beyond service!!! All my orders of gifts have been beautifully wrapped (the paper is just gorgeous and always different and of very high quaility) orders are always ready for collection so quickly from time of order. What I love most is that the toys and giftware are not your run of the mill "chainstore items" and lots of the toys are benifical to development, enviromentally thoughtful, supportive of kiwi buisnesses. OH and lets not forget the amazing shopping experience instore! Keep up the great work!

B.I have been in Smarty Pants a number of times, sometimes I'm not quite sure what gift I'm after, last time it was for my 10yo nephew who lived in Australia. After being asked a few thoughtful questions the retail assistant offered some suggestions and showed me a couple of items, it was perfect! The best service, she really took the time to help me without any of the pushiness. Really friendly and positive. The shop itself is treasure, laid out beautifully with high quality items. Back for sure, next time its lunchboxes! From past experience, I know that they will talk me through the options so I get the right one!

R.After buying Xmas presses from your website last year, we made a special trip to your shop when we came down to Christchurch. Loved the play area where the kids could play while I browsed. Those toys helped us survive the giant road trip back up to the North Island! Great service, extremely helpful and patient with my indecisive children. We will be back on our next trip!

S.Hey guys, I just thought you might be interested in a review on some of your products I purchased recently. My 2 year old daughter is currently teething but also has pica and autism. So finding something to meet her needs to chew has been very hard!! (Most things she absolutely destroys and eats 🙈) I was scanning the internet and came across the molar magician and teething egg and instantly thought i needed to go and check them out. It was super helpful that you had them out on display so I could see and feel them and I thought yup this might work. So I bought both (I also have a teething 8 month old so why not) its been a few days and im really impressed!!! They are still 100% sound and shes really had a good go at them. Other things we have tried she has either lost interest in or it hasn't survived her chew 🤣 I also love that they come with a clip so I can attach them to clothing ect so they don't go walk about and they are there when you need them. Thanks for having such an awesome product! Honestly a lifesaver

J.Great Kids Store. Good range of toys and gifts. Our first stop if needing a childrens gift. Has a toilet and nappy change bench. Also a great play area to keep young ones entertained while shopping. Great location and always able to find a park.
