Omg, I had no idea about this store in Hamilton CBD! Friendly, professional staff ready to help you. I got a beautiful kaleidoscope for my grandkid. Brilliant ideas for gifts. Love it 😀

11 May - Updated to 5 star as Melissa got in contact with me and allowed me to return the item I had originally purchased, hassle free. Really happy with an item I purchased online - also received a bonus discount of 20% this company have competitive pricing too, compared to others who stock the same item!! 6th May - 1 star for zero communication, no response to email despite their policy saying to email them, no response on their Facebook message.

Incredible service. The staff happily exchanged some tights as they were a gift too small, even though they were just outside the exchange times. The store is well stocked with so many beautiful high quality brands. The staff are friendly and efficient.
