The team at Baby on the Move Pukekohe are amazing! Not only do they have a fantastic selection of products but they are all incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hiring a quality capsule was an absolute (affordable) breeze and having our car seat installation double checked gave us peace of mind for traveling with our little one. They will continue to be our go-to for all our baby needs!

I cannot recommend the team at Baby on the Move Pukekohe more highly when it comes to car seats ! I bought three Diono seats to go across the back of my Skoda three years ago. At least annually they have required adjustment or servicing and the team have done this for me with no additional charge. Adjusting three seats is actually quite a bit of work (my fourth adjustment today took about an hour) and they have made it so easy and convenient for me. I have self click-in click-out seats in my other car, which were cheaper and in some ways easier, but it is worth the extra spend and effort for the Diono seats. I love the extra safety of large heads supports as well as the way the seats adjust as your child grows and that there are different options to suit your family. Love this place. Staff know their stuff and willing to talk a novus new mum through anything. they have a big selection of products at various prices and features. Capsule rental system is the best, massive cost savings.

Wow, a service beyond what is ever expected. After having a small baby and in need of essentials in level 4 Ange delivered my goods within 10mins of order to the maternity ward! Support these local businesses, I sure will continue too.

Amazing service, the best products and such a lovely and knowledgeable team. I have visited the store at least a half dozen times in recent months for car seats, bottles, sippy cups, a toddler potty and more, and each time the staff in store were so helpful and genuine. Thanks so much!

I can't rave enough about the service received from Baby on the Move. We hired two car seats for our son coming over from Aussie with his wife and children. The staff went above and beyond what I was expecting and every contact with them was excellent. The phone manner and helpfulness of all staff was 5 star and Ange went out of her way to pick the seats up off us on a Sunday evening when we needed to drop them off on our way home to Rotorua. Will be using them again for certain

My husband and I are first time parents and as you know its very daunting, the team at baby on the move spent so much time with us and were soo incredibly patient and answered all our questions. They helped us pick out a car seat and taught us how to use it and I stalled it for us to. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend this store.

I have bought a couple of things from BOTM and can't rave enough about the service. A lovely lady Ange has been in contact about both purchases and kept me in the loop with delivery. Her communication has been outstanding and I will definitely be going back here :)

Excellent service and a great range of supplies. The staff here are knowledgable and patient, they have helped me countless times with my new babies car seat, to get it just right. They have wonderful other bits and bobs for sale too.

Can't speak highly enough about Baby On The Move and Pam in particular. Phoned from Australia with Toddler hire enquiry and was treated very well. Being in small business myself I was very impressed with knowledge and flexibility regarding my request.
