Pretty good store, however clothing racks are tightly packed, so it is quite difficult to navigate a stroller around. Good range of stock, something for everyone's budget. The clothing is good value for money. Staff are a bit hit and miss, but I have encountered some very friendly ladies there with helpful suggestions; they also carried my newly purchased stroller to my car when I was pregnant.

I gave this store a 4 solely based on the fact that it's a chain store. The baby factory in rotorua is definitely worthy of a 5 as far as friendliness and helpfulness as far as the staff goes.

I recently hired a child's car seat from this store and I found that the staff were very helpful. They even checked my car for me to make sure I had the correct anchor points for installing the car seat safely. The cost of hiring the seat for a week was also very reasonable and the bond was refunded promptly. Overall I highly recommend this company if you need to hire equipment.

UPDATE! I have changed my review to 5 starts as they have updated the signage and it is inviting now. The staff in here are so friendly and understanding i love coming here now and will happily reccomend your store to others lovely ladies!
