R.Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a new car seat for my toddler. One of the staff even pushed my baby in her pram so I could concentrate on how to correctly install the seat.
I understand the store is under new ownership as of a few weeks ago.
H.Amazing store with a fantastic worker (Sue). Went above and beyond helping with varying essential first baby items. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Feel confident that we have a great advisor should we have any concerns or need any new equipment moving forwards.

D.Called today to ask if they had a product I wanted which they did, several in stock in fact I went in and picked it up and had Sue help me who was so knowledgeable and helpful and was showing me some awesome products that may help my little girl and making suggestions. J.I'm a first time customer and I made an online order for a Milkbar double breast pump, it had been some time and the tracking information showed no updates so I called in store yesterday and the lovely Michaela had helped me. Turns out this went missing in the post, Michaela called Milkbar and got another breast pump sent out to me directly the next day. Thank you Michaela for being very empathetic, thank you for your brilliant customer service. Very happy customer
S.Fantastic service, owner was knowledgeable about the products. They even installed the car seat immediately and showed me how to install with iso fix fitting and with a seatbelt. Finished off my purchase with a few other bits and pieces from in store. highly recommend and I will personally return next time I’m in Tauranga 😁

L.Amazing service! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all that was required for my soon to be born twins. I went in to Baby on the Move and the girl was so lovely. Although I didn't purchase the car seats there, she spent ages fitting them perfectly for me. Removed all my stress. I will definitely return there if I need to purchase or hire anything in the future.
