K. T.Wifey picked up some stuff for baby but was the wrong size so they allowed us to change it no problems. Friendly service and up-beat enthusiasm. Quick and easy on changing the item. Just had to drive 25 min to get to the store.
5 stars if was closer/in Welcome Bay.

N. Z.The ladies there are nice, we went in a bit close to closing and they still happily helped us, there was no being rushed out feeling. Stores easy enough to access and well set up. Lots of quality, decent range and colorful (a bit out of my price range) pricing. Who doesnt love a good sale though.

B. B.Very professional customer focused team. Bought a $500 worth baby swing rocker that gone faulty for some reason. Team (Wendy, Judy and the third staff member (very nice lady)) helped me to resolve the issue by replacing swing head. And, later, upon my request, just to keep the customer happy, offered the replacement products as well.
My wife instead decided to buy Nuna Leaf Curve as a replacement. Team did their level best to make all necessary arrangements for us to get that. Wonderful experience and definitely will go back again and again.
Some of the products are budget and average.. but staff is top class for sure. Bravo 😊😊
