The team at Phil&Teds, Mountain Buggy and Mokopuna are absolutely incredible. I have never been so impressed with an organisation. They work as a team, are friendly and helpful beyond measure. I have been in contact with the team on a number of separate occasions and a special shout out to Kate, Tanja, Sam, Shailesh & Cathy have been absolute superstars. I will continue to buy their products based on the after purchase care I have received.

I had a fault with my brakes on my navigator pushchair, I phoned up Phil & teds, and they were able to book me in 1 hr later to have it fixed(I fortunately live in Wellington). They were fast, friendly and replaced all the necessary parts without charge. Thank you.
