I am a new mum and had absolutely no idea of what a good stroller entails. Baby city staff gave me the best experience ever. The lady I dealt with was polite, prompt and professional. She was also very knowledgeable about the products we looked at in store. Thank you very much!

This is the second time I visited this store and served by the same lady Cherie who I found very friendly, super helpful and genuinely wanted to assist you. She’s very patient and not pushy. She also knew the stores products which was awesome! Customer Service was superb! Downside is the store is very cramped which I guess it beyond the staff control?
