First time to try cake passion. Ordered *red velvet cake for present to a friend and they liked it, whuch is a good sign. Will try again for their other cake variety, then will update feedback...

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is clean and tidy. All of staff wear masks, which made me feel safe. I have tried four different slice of cakes. Passion fruit is my favourite. Not very sweet, tasty and creamy. Yummy!

I've tried most of Auckland's 'top' cake stores and Cake Passion's cakes are literally unmatched. Everything about the black forest cake is incredible, it's so incredibly moist. The sprinkles on the side are subtle but just add that much more texture which I LOVE - this is oming from someone who does not like chocolate cake, but this is an exception

My favourite cake is red velvet, so I get it from cake passion every year. It was my birthday on friday and I bought a red velvet cake from them. It is one of the most beautifully contracted cakes ever. It’s cream to cake ratio is perfect and the cake is not to try not too moist it is just perfect.

The best cake shop. Their cakes are so soft and moist, with the cream icing. It just melts in your mouth... so delicious. Black forest is the best...

Good service.Yet to sample the cake.Will report on that later.(See below) Bought a carrot cake as a birthday cake as pictured.It was a bit too dry and the icing was overly sweet.Not the greatest,but they are cheaper than the default Cheesecake Shop.Maybe different cake from Cake Passion will change my rating.🤔

I recently ordered a Passion Fruit Torte for a birthday celebration at my place of work. It was an absolute hit. The cake was very light, creamy and had the perfect balance of passion fruit flavour. Not dense and overpowering. Everyone raved about it and my family enjoyed what was leftover. Thank you Cake Passion for a masterpiece!

We ordered an eggless cake, it was one of the best eggless cakes - so delicious and moist with nicely decorated writing; I felt like having more and more! We are definitely ordering all cakes from here now onwards! Service of friendly staff was great and very welcoming.

Yummy 🤤 chocolate delight has to be my favourite and I like those Afghan biscuits

I absolutely LOVE everything in the store. But my top favourites are the Orange/Mango Cheesecake & the Strawberry Cheesecake. If I need writing on them it's not a problem. Always done with care, love & of course PASSION. The staff are so wonderful. I feel like I'm a part of their whānau. 5 stars is not enough. I'm giving them 10/10

I needed a cake ASAP fro my husbands birthday and I just made it in time at 5.30pm didn't know anything about this cake shop and brought the mini black forest cake.. Wow AMAZING you think cheese cake shop is good.. This blows it out if the water! Its moist cake with chocolate cream and cheery delicious! We promised eachother to Buy every single month as a treat because its that good! The staff are absolutely wonderful and kind. This isn't a commercial tasting cake.. This is a passion filled cake. Can't wait buying today!

Delicious! I heard about this place through a workmate and decided to finally give it a go. Purchased a slice of the mud cake, red velvet and red velvet fresh cream. My sister loved the mud cake so much we bought a whole cake! Will definitely be back for more! this will be our new go to cake shop

Cakes are very tasty, moist and the writing is beautiful. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend enough their Black Forest Gateau. Still the best around. Everybody loves it. 😋

I can say we are regulars now for this shop and is happy that Papatoetoe branch is open but we are still waiting for one in Sylvia Park or near Mt Wellington. I have put a suggestion in one year ago and still waiting up to today. That is how much myself and my family love their cakes our favorite is chocolate and red velvet gateau as birthday cakes but all the others is really nice. Their cheese cakes are so nice like ice cream flavours. But you have to try it yourself to experience why we love it so much. But the covid 19 has really affected us because we have missed their cakes due to birthdays in April my brother's and daughter's cake and now my mum's tomorrow and our Wedding Anniversary on the 29th of this month. We even like pampering ourselves if we have the money. Hopefully they open soon with level 4 and level 3 over so we can access their delicious cakes again.

Cakes are delicious and also there cupcakes are good. Always come here to buy the red velvet cake and chocolate cake and the cupcakes..👅 sooo yummmmmmmy my daughter loves them.. and also staff are friendly..👍

Ordered my husbands cake from you guys but couldnt pick up until after 6pm, & you guys waited until i got there which was waaaay after 6pm due to traffic... best chocolate cake & service is the best!! Excellent customer service. Thank very much. Recommend to all

12Nov16 Not open on Sundays this cake shop has been here for a few years selling all sorts of cakes, tarts, sweet pies and baked treats. You can order cakes for special events. Handy to the BP Connect service station across the drive and enough parking to ensure convenience.

We had two functions lately ...ordered 4 different cakes out of which 2 were eggless ...chocolate mud cake chocolate cream delight....YUMMY. The other 2 were normal..Tiramasu and Chocolate Black Forest. AMAZING. THANKS Cake Passion.

I love the chocolate cream delight cake it is absolutely beautiful and delicious and not sickening sweet,the chocolate cream goes so well with the moist cake..and I love passionfruit torte this is so delicious with the passionfruit cream with the fluffy moist vanilla cake and the sliced almonds on the side compliments the whole cake.This is the only place i buy my cake from other then that id bake my own but its always nicer have someone else bake for you!!
