m.HIDDEN GEM!
Best Steak and Cheese pie. Puff pastry is cooked throughout. Generous amount of steak. Nice gooey layer of cheese evenly spread sitting on top of the gravy. Filling sits well in pastry it doesn't fall apart after 2 bites. Great ratio of ingredients this bakery has a WINNING pie.
Well worth $3.80 and is certainly the best in Papatoetoe, Manukau and Manurewa. I have tried close to every lunch bar and bakery in these areas.
Sorry Clendon bakery pies don't come near this gem.
Unfortunately everything else in there is of a lower standard.
Get on down there if you love a Steak and Cheese pie.
