Really admire the artistry of Bryan’s pastry creations, the presentation is amazing in addition to its wonderful taste. The Hazelnut is a must try! Will definitely come back to his place. Highly recommended.

Bryan really takes pride in his work. This shows is the attention to detail in the presentation of his work and the taste! This is my go to place for a sweet treat, or if I want to treat someone else. I highly recommend you take a trip to visit and taste. You won't be disappointed.

Well? Bryan?! THEE, best eclair I have eaten outside of France. I was an exchange student from 15-16 years old in Nantes; I vowed never to eat another eclair again as I left; unless it was in France. Dude! I wake up Tuesday morning to make breakfast and my partner of 35 years has been to your shop and left 2 eclairs on the bench. (He was calling into I.E.Produce when he saw your shop) As I make the bircher I got stuck into my eclair; completely abandoning my own undertaking from 50 years ago. OMG! I so want you to survive and prosper; when lock down is over I intend to make you a weekly stop.
