B.The name catchy, the space is great, the menu has lots of variety, the food is good and there's coffee! There's not much else you can ask for. The child's play area was the overall winner for us, with a fantastic space with lots of fun toys.
Over our short trip to Devonport we came here twice, we had items off the menu and out of the cabinet and they all tasted great. My husband said the pies were incredible!
I like the assortment of indoor plants and art work.. it could be tied togethet with slightly more unique furniture, or maybe just a bit of a spruce up.. but all in all its a fantastic place with seating options to suit every kind of customer.
Staff are also really friendly... And free slice with coffee too!

M.I have got a voucher, food are exceeding my expectation. Big breakfast is good portion. Hash brown is super crispy. The only thing needs improve is the presentation of plate, just a little old school. Only a small change will make it perfect

L.Brunch today at Stone Oven today was splendid. Beautifully presented loose leaf tea in a pot & coffee of the highest standard. Our food was brilliant and served with style. Cafe was clean as new pin. Top shelf cafe that takes some beating.

N.This was my second visit to the restaurant and the food was simply amazing! Last time I had ordered Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and it was hands down one of the best ones I have had! This time I ordered a Brioche French toast which was simply divine!

T.One of the bigger cafés in Devonport, high ceiling, specious interior and even a kids play corner. The coffee is consistently good, and the food is generous. Somewhat surprised to see them empty and quiet at times.

T.The kids pancakes & my French toast were yum. Drinks were good. Food a bit pricey. Kids play area quite good. But they need air con as it’s very stuffy & hot, especially towards the back half. And needs a bit of updating & tlc otherwise quite good. Service good

S.Went on Mother's day for lunch and surprised to find it virtually which we thought not a good sign but parking right outside so we decided to stay was pleasantly surprised very generous portions and delicious food - friendly and accommodating staff and great coffee will be back

C.Bought a 2-breakfast coupon from the Grabone and finally managed to use it today. Good location. A little long wait for two Eggs Benedicts to arrive; bacons a little too salty, salad without any sauce. Overall, not too bad if you go with discounted coupons. Female toilet was clean.
C.I enjoy taking the little ones to this place because of the play area they have. I can actually have a hot cup of tea or coffee. The changing table they have is clean and tidy. Maybe they did get the orders wrong but they were quick to fix it with a sincere apology. Maybe my group had different view about the service quality we each received but I thought good on you giving young people a chance to start somewhere.
T.My partner had a millionaire's shortbread which was lovely and I got the lemon and pistachio slice.
The slice was awful, the biscuit vase was almost impossible to break apart and the lemon topping was a sickly almost inedible icing. Definitely let the place down.
It was a public holiday, but the staff had lots of small children handing out the coffees and drinks.
R.Excellent bakery with large cafe all with reasonable prices. Bacon quiche in filo pastry case was really tasty. Cakes looked delicious. The rear area of the cafe has a children's play area where the local yummy mummy brigade appear to hang out. Seats are also present outside.
N.Fantastic eatery, I have made a trip here plenty times from waitakere and it never disappoints. Such a vibrant establishment with it's earthy decor and and diwn to earth staff all mixed with great food. Has bathrooms which is always clean and the play area for the children is just wonderful. The over all lay out is great, you have the option to sit outside aswell which is sectioned off. Loving the vintage culture and great food. Definitely recommend a visit, it's worth the traffic.

B.Stone Oven provides great service and delicious food. It's a great place for large gatherings and caters to families, with high chairs and a great kids play area at the back. I love the fact that there's so kuch seating outdoors for the summertime, and the staff are so friendly.
C.Lovely cosy atmosphere, great decor. Would say this place is family friendly too. They make ace pies and ok but not fantastic coffees (tasted too watery in my opinion). Good spot for lunch/brunch :)
T.Reasonable coffee and lunch options, but any hot options are microwaved so don't expect too much. Atmosphere is okay, albeit slightly towards the 'canteen' end of the vibe spectrum. There's a play area for toddlers at the back.
E.It's quite spacious inside than it appears to be from the outside. Food and services were great. It will be even better if female bathroom was more than just one, like few cubicles, for the size of the cafe.
