ツ.Staffs are always so kind and lovely, Best service ever and best food quality. Best homemade Pies ever, In Fact the New Salmon Pie is the best, Salmon that reminds me of Queenstown.. and The homemade chicken pie . Delicious 😋. The coffee is the best I definitely recommend this place. Also if you go there the creamy taro milk is soooOoO Delicious. Always order it when I go there. Love you xoxo 😘
m. j.My first review is not here? I first came here 3 years ago when I believe the current owners started out. Food was of a higher quality than your usual bakery.
I was pleasantly surprised to see they have the same quality standard today.
I love custard pies and apple pies. Theirs is the best I can find in the Manukau region. I've tried many of said pies from Manurewa, Papatoetoe and Manukau and none can compare. I love the crust is cooked and not crumbly that falls apart when taking a bite. The filling to crust ratio is right. The filling has a perfect balance of sweetness "for my palate." The price is right and not expensive. I bought 4 apple pies, 2 custard pies and a ham and egg sandwich for $23. For the same items at another bakery in Paptoetoe it cost me $32.
I now know where I will get my fix of apple and custard pies.
Their savoury pies are gourmet and fortunately the price is reasonable for what they offer. I've gotten poor quality, stale pies for higher price from other shops.
This bakery is a hidden jewel in my opinion.
