Delicious! French toast was very tasty and the big breakfast was perfectly cooked. The potatoe rosti was one of the best I've ever had. There wasn't much of a drinks selection if you don't drink coffee unfortunately. Place isn't large but also has outside seats. Would definitely recommend

This place justifies it's French name. Delicious coffee and a favourable tiramiso that conviniently comes in a to-go cup - too much for now? Keep enjoying later. Had a very nice big breakfast there. I especially appreciate that it is possible to order half a portion. Still tasty and enjoyable.

I had a really lovely (low FODMAP, gluten free) breakfast here. I chose a selection of sides and they arrived beautifully plated. The spinach was amazing, not oversalted, just fresh and perfectly cooked.

I like pastries, but I don't like them too sweet. I changed to chocolate and a kind of bread. I want to say that this French cafe is exactly what I need. Hot chocolate is full of coconut, but there is not much sugar in it. I ate more dessert than I expected, and it was stuffed with hot strawberry jam (I think so). I will come back here for a Sunday brunch.

I Prefer this Branch over the Wynyard quarter one. In the pic below. We ordered a hazelnut pastry. Which was decadent and rich in flavor. A Pain Au Raisin which was just that. the pastry was flaky and buttery. My favorite was the tiramisu. Loved every single bite of it. Not in the pics but Their Croque Monsieur's are divine. Every single bite is filled with cheese, ham and bread. this just melts in your mouth. Was good that i had to have another one. Also had their Quiche Loraine which was decent. Would come here again.

Their baguettes and coffee are great, croissants and cakes are good, not the best but not bad. The place itself is pretty nice. All in all, a 4/5 experience

Excellent food and coffee I loved my flat white there! The food is very tasty and as a french guy,i can guarantee that they make proper French brunch. The salmon omelette is just delicious and «Le grand» is highly recommended for the one who are very hungry.

Fantastic food! Probably best french toast we have ever had. Portions pretty good size and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly, professional and fast. Have seating indoors and out. Off the street but not busy. Close to the pier.

This place was one of my highlights for breakfast in Auckland. Coffee was the best and excellently made, I could’ve had another. Service was fast, food didn’t take long to come out, it was a good portion for the cost, especially the avocado, food was amazing, eggs perfectly poached, whole breakfast menu was a little different. They also have free wifi, and nice outdoor seating. Put this one on your breakfast to do list.

Had breakfast here today. Had the potato galette with bacon. Ordered my bacon extra crispy and they delivered. Perfect flat white and the Belgian hot chocolate was delicious

Following a work family Christmas party we ventured into La Petite Fourchette for espresso before going home. Staff was very friendly and the food cabinets with sweet treats were too beckoning to be ignored so with flat whites and a soy lattes, we also order salted caramel and pistachio macarons. The macarons were divine with chewy toffee like filling with vibrant flavour and a light crispy moorish casing. It was a wonderful way to end a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Absolutely in love with this place! I have been there 4 times this year and I have always left feeling satisfied. The food is amazing and the service is top notch! If I was able to rate more than 5 stars, I would.

Nice place, but they burned my coffee :( and eggs Benedict sauce is something else but not eggs Benedict, shame. However, hash brown is something to order for sure! And their cured salmon is yum!

Really enjoyed a weekday work lunch here. Everyone's meal was delicious and there were so many things on the menu that we will have to go back again. The service was prompt and accommodating. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.

Simple cafe, breakfast, a waiter has strong French accent, quite hard to understand, but very friendly. Enjoy the outdoor seating.

Best French toast I've had in ages. Unpretentious and delicious. Also, the only brunch available we could find around which was a bonus! Staff were friendly, service was fast. Not much more to say. Lovely!

Lovely French staff and high level of service. Had French toast for brunch - the meal was excellent, really enjoyed all of the elements - especially the poached pear. Service was fast and efficient, it is clear that English is not the staffs first language but they are very attentive and go out of their way to look after you. Came here today at 2pm for lunch. Had to wait a good 10 minutes for the waiter to notice me because I was seating at a table that hadn't been cleared. He then told me that the kitchen closes a 2pm when the website say that lunch menu is until 3pm. Not a pleasant surprise when I came down to the city to eat there. It's a shame because my previous experience there was great and I loved the food.

Came here on a Saturday morning for brunch with a group of 5. The food was good, the coffee was good and the service was great. I ordered the egg with hollandaise on a potato hash type biscuit, the meal was really nice.

Lovely setting, pretty warm inside in summer. Best croissants in Auckland. Regular soy coffee is quite pricey (but well made) though the loyalty card offsets this a little.

Very nice place - wait staff and service very friendly - had food from brunch menu - lovely food, well presented - only comment I would make is the hot chocolate, I had could have been a bit hotter. Even though it was our first visit we found it a great place to have our catch up - surroundings were pleasant and not too noisy . Won't be the last time we visit. Would recommend.

Sometimes the service is very good, most of the time the food is great, and I wish you guys recognised your loyal customers. My friend goes there almost 4 times a week ordering the same thing and you never acknowledge that. Even learning his name would be a good start!

I had the salmon and goats cheese Gallette. It was delicious, though it got very rich at the end as there's a thick layer of mozzarella in all their gallettes. I would have given 5 stars if the Gallette was made with buckwheat flour! My partner had bacon, egg and a rosti (can't remember what it was called on the menu, sorry!). He said his was excellent too. Marked down a star for the uncomfortable rickety outdoor seats and the lack of buckwheat flour - but they're the only complaints we had and we will defintely come back some time!

Definitely worthy of Five stars. Love the potato hash and herb. Great service, delicious teas, will definitely continue to come back. Best macarons I've ever had.

This is our family's favourite cafe in Auckland. Great menus. Friendly service. And a super chef. Just breakfasted there this morning on my own this time and as great as ever.

Service, portions and ambience.. Nice quiet sorted place with awesome food and the rates are totally justified. My fav was the Chorizo cheese something and the beef pastry.. Mains were good too but the desserts need to get a little bigger 😀

I came for breakfast and it was wonderful. A little touch of France. Pain au chocolate, french bread and jams, juice and wonderful long blacks over the Sunday papers. Even practiced my french.

The best cup of coffee in the city, the food is phenomenal and the staff are brilliant. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
