c.Love the new Mt Eden store. Very bright and colourful. Not only can you purchase your favourite cake for your event but you can now sit down with friends and have coffee and cabinet food too. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking close by or buses that stop very close.
R.Friendly staff, banana and walnut cake was excellent, as was coffee.
N.The carrot cake was nothing like I remember. The icing was super sweet and there was no texture to the cake, it was as though the mixture had been blended too vigorously to create a very consistent texture which is not what I am looking for in a carrot cake.

K.We have just enjoyed a delicious chicken,leek,mushroom and cheese pie which we shared with our two granddaughters whilst babysitting.thanks very much lovely afternoon tea today and that plum and orange cake (incl.Xtra slices when left,) is too delightful. We will be back
H.☕️A really lovely place! My friend and I really enjoy our time there. I ordered a cup of long black (as I usually and always enjoy) and my friend ordered cappuccino. We both loved our coffee.
🍰They also have nice collections of dessert. I went for macarons and my friend had Danish. Both were baked pretty well. Not too sweet with great presentation.
R.Although a little pricey, it is nice, the cakes are exceptional. The service is great, the coffee is good. Nice place.

The woman on the phone was highly unprofessional. I called them and had mixed them up with Petal cupcakes, another delivery service in Auckland. She was incredibly rude and the phone when she realised that and hung up on me. When I called back to use them as a service instead she gave me all details I needed to make an order but when asked why she hung instead of asking me to take this order instead, she pretended she hadn't heard. me on the phone before and didn't have the guts to say sorry and learn from it in a positive way. I pity her for her negativity. People like her destroy positive customer experiences and drive away business. It's your choice, Rocket!
