Really great bread, I'm enjoying the Rye Bread. I'm a Type 2 diabetic and can tell from my Sugar tracker it does not trigger an extreme increases in Blood sugars like a normal white bread would plus its super tasty. Thanks Guys love your product.

Have been buying their Gluten Free Casava bread for over a year now. It is the tastiest gf bread on both sides of the Tasman. Finally visited their factory/shop recently, and they were very helpful, even though they had just closed up the shop for the day. Nice people and a great product. They are a type of "slow food" place that uses more traditional methods of fermentation for their bread.They are also the people responsible for the healthy Doctors Choice Yoghurt.
