Been here for couple of years, not often though. They used to have best croissant but nowadays whenever I purchase pastries, they are very soggy.

Nice food & coffee, nice people, welcoming to allcomers.

You have to go early on a Saturday morning if you want better choice! The coffee is awesome. The hot cross buns I got were delicious

We really enjoyed our croissants. I bought some for Christmas day on the 23rd and froze them, reheating in the oven for brekky on Christmas day. They were flaky, buttery and soft in the middle.

Tried a few items for brunch, really impressed with the quality. Croissant was dense but light with great flavour (unlike the too sweet fluff that you get elsewhere), both the quiche and bacon and egg pie were very tasty, pastry crisp and buttery - will definitely be back to try more savory goodness!

Always a pleasure, great food, made fresh and delicious ~ weight watchers would chase you out 😂 but ignore them and go in, buy a fresh locally made loaf without additives ~ next go to Cheese Mongers and buy quality cheese 🧀 😋 Cakes and dessert from Le panier are amazing.

Little France in Christchurch! Truly can taste France wit one bite of this pastry. It is absolutely outstanding in this area, n also one of the best for me! Baguette is better than some in France! If you r looking for real European style bread, you should come and try! (FYI, coffee is warm and so good as well.)

I just love the walnut bread, and have recently started buying the seaweed bread which is fabulous. Very busy place on a Saturday, the service friendly and efficient. Very high quality bread, and the pastries are beautiful, particularly the almond and lemon scroll.

Great sourdough, decent coffee (very dependent on who makes it, it seems though).

Just okay, maybe it’s because it’s a Monday noon, are weren’t a lot of customers, the choices for food and coffee were pretty limited, the croissant tasted solid, but wish it was warm instead of cold.
