M. W.Not smart but just what I was after, a French inspired Kiwi cafe that knows bread and breakfast European style. Not that I could have any (bread, croissants et ) 'cos I'm a coeliac, but could still appreciate its ambience and expertise. My coffee was good.

J. R.Perfect spot under the trees. Staff should remember always to keep cashier area tidy and uncluttered and always keep attention to tables being wiped and cleared promptly. This will ensure more five star experiences. I'm giving five stars for outside for the warm atmosphere with beautiful purple boanvillia flower. Inside, no more comment. Definitely the place to come on a beautiful day.

M. H.I really enjoyed the coffee and there was a bit of a collection of croissants and bites. Only had morning tea there but there was a menu for food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Only annoying about the outdoor is the sparrows flying around but this is a thing about all outdoor places. But its plenty of room and good staff

M. (.Came here twice. The server that we had was absolutely lovely, she even made up a sandwich for us when all the sandwiches on offer were sold out.
She was very attentive and asked us a few times whether we'd like dressing with our sandwich and whether we'd like any other sauces.
The sandwich itself was HUGE and FULL of all the good stuff I'd ordered and the price of this was so good compared to some of the other places in the area.
Definitely a highlight of Akaroa as far as food is concerned.

That's why we came here for breakfast and I must say that the food tasted great and the coffee was delicious in the morning. We turned to pancakes there several times. Během pobytu mé dovolené v létě na Novém Zélandu mi byla doporučena tato restaurace. Proto jsme sem zašli na snídani a musím říct, že jídlo mi skvěle chutnalo a kávička byla vynikající po ránu. Několikrát jsme se tam otočili i na palačinky. Moc příjemná obsluha a nádherné prostředí, především květiny. I já vám doporučuji tuto restauraci s příjemným posezením.
