Love Coupland's, the staff is friendly and good at putting the customers through at the register which is good when you in a hurray. I like to buy their frozen pies which are usually cheaper than the chilled and such a great price when on special. I also like to buy their specialty breads 'Our Southern Plains' Honey & Oats and the Soy & Linseed. The have no added sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or flavors.

A great bakery, i always liked Couplands. But nowbi prefer sugar free options at reasonable prices and i didnt see any sugar free options. Thats why i only gave 4/5 stars.

Couplands is so under rated!! Come for the bread stay for the slice. A few of my highly recommends includes the dinner rolls and the citrus slice. Both are sooo delicious. The bread is incredibly fresh it easily lasts half a week longer than supermarket bread. Cannot recommend more, I should go more.

Fourth time I have had a mince and vegetable pie with absolutely no vegetables at all in it. Would be good if they had more gluten free options also and were reasonably priced gluten free options.
